The dining-room-restaurant is very comfortable, cool in summer and warm in winter beside the fireplace; we also have another smaller, very cosy dining-room.
Our food is entirely home-cooked, made from regional products.

You may sample some of our speciality dishes: trout-soup, local oven-roast lamb, muleteer's cod with garlic, home-cooked stews, cod or conger-eel with potatoes, veal-chop (from the nearby village Filiel). We also have excellent cold meats and sausages cured in the cold mountain air of the Teleno sierra. Also try our home-made desserts: cheesecake, cream caramel, rice-pudding. Of course, many other dishes are available on our menu.

The kitchen is completely new. We have, however, retained the old clay-oven, where we cook delicious roasts.

We have a special daily-menu at a very low price!
